Individually they are powerful practices but together they form an effective formula for success, clarity, health, and peace of mind.

Mudras - Yoga for the hands...Re-directs energy in the body and can be used to promote health, working with specific ailments and also to develop spiritual qualities.
Mantra - Healing energy of sound vibrations, syllables, word, or group of words that is considered capable of "creating transformation".
Movement - Brings health to our body through fluid yoga poses at an all levels pace.
Meditation - The practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
