Join Laurel for a 90-minute class of cleansing and rejuvenating the body, mind, and spirit this spring season.  Expect to work on areas of the body that may need a little extra attention due to the spring time weather (think neck, chest, sides of the body, back, and belly).  Class will include accessible flows to increase circulation and help dispel stagnation accumulated over the winter months.  Expect some strengthening work to build heat, stretches to release tension, and breathwork.
