What is Fascia? Fascia is connective tissue that runs continuously throughout the entire body. Why is it important? Fascia is like cling (Saran) wrap. When working properly the Fascia stores water for the muscles and increases stability. Unfortunately, it can very easily get stuck to itself and decrease circulation, decrease range of motion and increase muscle tension. What will we cover? In this workshop we will learn how to rehydrate the tissues, release tension and increase blood flow & lymphatic circulation. Posture will begin to realign back to its natural curve patterns and you'll leave with tools to help you maintain and enhance these improvements on your own!
