Winter is here New Englanders and with that comes cold temperatures, shorter days, longer nights, layers of clothing, shoveling, and a desire to move inwards. This can lead to poor circulation, stiffness, lethargy, and weak digestive fires.
Join Laurel for a 90-minute class of warming and restoring the body, mind, and spirit. Expect to work on areas of the body that may need a little extra attention due to our winter gear and duties (think feet, chest, neck, back, and belly). The Class will include warming and soothing breathwork, unhurried flows to increase circulation, stretches to release tension and a touch of strengthening work to build just enough heat and dispel any sluggishness. The class will end with restorative poses and a long savasana.
