From opening the body to stabilizing a pose, there are many ways the wall can assist you in your yoga practice.

Join Kathy Waldman for a yoga class using the wall as a prop!

The wall helps with strengthening, enhanced alignment, and helps to deepen a stretch.

Possible poses we'll explore in addition to a flow are bird dog, airplane, prep (or full) for forearm/handstand pose, reclined half pigeon and of course legs up the wall!

All levels are welcome!
