Join Laurel for a three-part series of myofascial release & self-massage using Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune Up Balls. During these 90-minute classes expect to relax, learn, explore, and have fun. Classes will occur once a month through the holidays, equipping you with some simple self-care tools.
