Mudra’s are gentle placements of the hands and fingers that can stimulate healing and emotional well-being. It has been said that they can increase your concentration and even improve your memory.
There are more than 100 known mudras that have been developed over the centuries during this workshop we will explore 5 mudras centered around emotional well-being. Accompanying each mudra will be a corresponding mantra (chant) which can be done silently along with the instructor if the client should choose. The class will end with a gentle guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
