Looking to try yoga, brand new to yoga or still have some questions you're unclear about? This is a great class for people who are new to yoga as well as those who are already practicing.
Join Laurel and Brenda for a 2 hour class of part discussion and practice, to briefly go over what to expect in various yoga classes offered at Easton Yoga Center. Some of the topics covered will include the difference between a beginner, vinyasa and a strengthening class. The benefits of restorative yoga, yoga nidra and yin yoga. What is reiki and how it can help with everyday stress. We'll briefly discuss the different types of props and how to use them. An overview of basic alignment knowledge for asana (postural) practice.
The workshop will conclude with a yoga practice to integrate what was discussed.
Open to all levels.
