The moon can teach us to slow down, listen to our own needs, and be receptive to change. Full moon times are useful for rounding things out to full completion. In a sense, something comes to an end, ready for a brand new phase to begin.
The class will consist of poses that harness the power of the moon, meditative moon salutations, brief journaling (note cards and pens will be supplied), a short yoga nidra, and a guided full moon savasana.
