I never truly imagined myself as the "yoga type." But, after encountering emotional and physical health issues, I entered into the world of yoga. What I thought would become another fad of mine, I found yoga to be a moment where I could hit pause on everything going on in my life and take an hour or so to do something for myself.
Long story short, I have been practicing yoga for the past five years. In February 2016, I became a Certified Children's Yoga Teacher, under Kim Taylor of Cardio Kids Yoga. I became a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT, under Jacqui Bonwell's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. I am also a Certified Level I Athlete Trainer.
I teach mindful classes that I constantly tailor to meet ALL students' needs in the present moment. I guide students through a flow that is complimented by music, energy, and compassion, as my focus is on proper alignment with room for each student to learn and grow at their own pace.
