My best friend introduced me to yoga when we were teenagers, and I have been practicing its many forms ever since. In addition to traditional Hatha, I have studied with teachers of Iyengar, Ashtanga
Jivamukti, and Kundalini. In 2013 I sought to deepen my learning. Through a yoga teacher training I found inspiration to share the teachings and insights that were passed to me. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2018. I am particularly interested in meditation, pranayama, and yoga psychology.

Yoga provides a space to tune into parts of our mind and body that might otherwise go unnoticed or unheard. Taking time to practice can help us discover and polish the hidden gems that make us unique,
and help us recognize the commonalities that make us human. It’s through this inner exploration that we’re able to more meaningfully move through the world and connect with others.

My hope is to make the practice and its insights accessible to everyone.
