 Private Yoga Lessons

Private yoga classes offer one–on–one instruction and are tailored to each student’s individual needs.   Great for new students, those working with injuries, or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen their practice.

The cost is determined by the instructor.  

 Private Reiki Sessions


Reiki is a hands on form of healing that connects your body to the universe’s healing love. The body has a natural instinct to heal itself and depending on the injury or illness, it can take weeks or months.


It can also aid in the healing of the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical body. Reiki is not harmful in any way. It is always beneficial and it works by improving the effectiveness of all other types of therapy.

It also gives you a deep sense of relaxation which supports healthy living.  During a Reiki session you will lie comfortably on a bodywork table, fully clothed, while the practitioner gently places the hands on the body.

There is no massage involved.

The cost is determined by the practitioner.  


This technique is based on stimulating specific points on the feet that correspond to other areas and the organs of the body.  Used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium by improving circulation and reducing tension.  You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Thai Yoga

This treatment is performed on a floor mat.  You are guided through a series of yoga poses and gentle stretching while the practitioner performs palming and thumbing along your body’s energy lines.  This relieves muscular tension, increases circulation and balances the body by unblocking and dispersing energy.
