At EASTON YOGA CENTER we strive to provide our students and community with not only exceptional teaching and high quality instruction but high standards in customer service and business management.
PAYMENT FOR CLASSES
Payment for yoga is always due at the time service is rendered.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
All class passes and purchases have an expiration date and are non-refundable or transferable from one student to another.
We will not give refunds for classes taken or partially taken. Class passes can only be used for regular scheduled yoga classes excluding special workshops, Sweet Surrender Sunday classes, series or training and development programs. Refunds for classes not attended and paid will only be issued as an account credit! If a credit card purchase is made erroneously, and a refund is requested, please note that a fee equal to the interchange rate will be deducted from the refund.
FREEZING & HOLDING PACKAGES/SERIES
We do not extend freezes for packages unless the circumstances are dire, as in extreme illness or injury.
Class packages may not be extended to accommodate business travel or vacation dates.
A workshop/series/program deposit (if applicable to the program) and program tuition payment is required in full the first day of class,
unless there is a specific payment plan offered and selected for the workshop/series/program that is being offered.
If you select the payment plan option (if applicable to the workshop/series/program you are participating in),
the deposit (if applicable) plus the first installment is due on the FIRST DAY OF CLASS.
Registration can be completed over the phone or online.
If you cancel 7 days prior to the workshop/series/program start date, you will be issued a refund minus a 10% workshop admin fee.
No refunds, no transfers and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date.
In addition, no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete workshop.
PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS
Private Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or student will be charged for the full rate of the session.
Easton Yoga Center and each independent yoga teacher reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a class, workshop or specialty class at any time. We will do our very best to notify all students by email, Facebook and by verbal announcements as soon as we have made the decision. Classes that are led by substitute instructors are reflected on the website and in Mindbody Online.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather we will make an announcement on our website, on Facebook and also send an email to all students who opt-in for our newsletter.
Taking photographs of clients, instructors and fellow students is prohibited unless permission is received first. Social media posting must be met with the same diligence. This policy is strictly enforced.
STUDIO CONDUCT UPON ARRIVAL
- Arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class to allow plenty of time to check-in
- Please silence mobile devices upon entering Easton Yoga Center, turn off mobile devices during classes.
- New Students are required to sign a waiver prior to participating in their first class, please arrive a few minutes early to do so. On-line waivers through MindBody Online are acceptable.
- Conversations should be low when another class is in session
- Every student is required to sign in at the front desk
- Remove shoes prior to entering the studio classroom
- At the close of the class, please replace all props to their proper place
- Wipe down studio mats prior to putting away, cleaner is provided.
Ample parking is provided along the chain link fence and around the side of the building. Please be mindful of spaces that are marked reserved.
