Florence Sullivan

Thirteen years ago I came to yoga with a need to stretch my body to continue my sports and daily activities.  Yoga has opened new horizons in body, mind and spirit.  I found the joy of breath and movement and the peace that comes with a mindful asana practice and the development of a community of like-minded yoga practioners.  Six years ago I became a certified teacher under the guidance of Liza Keogh, and have continued independent study of pranayama, mudra and meditation to develop a daily practice.
