Karen is a 200-hour RYT and also completed her Meditation teacher training . She is also a trained Stott Pilates instructor and certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Yoga quite literally changed my life, bringing me the physical, mental, and emotional balance to thrive through life’s joys and challenges. My goal is to make yoga accessible to all and I aim embody the philosophy that yoga and meditation are practices that guide us to treat each other and ourselves with compassion.
