Alex Storrs

Alexandra is a RYT 200 hour certified yoga teacher. She also holds her Spa Yoga certification and is trained in Yoga for trauma. She has been practicing yoga for 7 years. Being a local business owner, wife and mother of two teenagers yoga allows her to find peace and focus amid the challenges of daily life. Alexandra believes yoga & it benefits is for everybody. She also believes the lessons learned on the mat translate into daily life & that is where the yoga begins. Yoga is a moving meditation that creates strength both physically & mentally, focus & peace within.
