How Do I Sign Up for Classes?

Most of our classes are 'drop-in', meaning that you do not have to make reservations to attend. We recommend coming to class to get a sense of our teaching style, then sign up in person or on line for whatever 'Class Pass' option works best for you. Credit cards are accepted on line only.

Once I Know What Class To Attend, Then What?

Wear comfortable clothes and bring bottled water and a yoga mat if you have one. Please refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes, deodorants or body sprays. Come to your first class early so we can introduce ourselves. You will fill out a registration form, set up your mat, and class will start.

We try to start class on time. If you are running late, you are welcome to come into class quietly. Try not to get stressed on your way to a yoga class!
